Our Achievements and PlansThe entire Children's Activities Association team are passionate about providing the best organised children's activities in the world and are dedicated to making the Children's Activities Association a success. The Children's Activities Association has already made a significant contribution to our community by establishing the first independent accreditation for all children's activities, allowing parents to easily ensure that the activities they choose for their children meet expected safety and quality standards, as well as the first national conference of children's activities providers, allowing them to learn and connect in order to grow their businesses. Longer term, the Children's Activities Association is committed to commissioning research, campaigning for improvements and promoting the benefits of children's activities, as well as awarding grants to community projects involving organised children's activities and working with policy makers to influence relevant legislation. Meet our Non-Executive DirectorsThe Children's Activities Association is a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee, which means that there are no shareholders and that all profits must go to benefit our mission and the community we serve, which includes our members, schools, nurseries, community venues, parents, and children. We are fortunate to be governed by a diverse Board of children's activity providers and highly experienced and skilled individuals who volunteer to support the executive team and ensure the organisation's governance and financial viability while also providing the Children's Activities Association with a diverse and highly valued range of skills and experience. The Children's Activities Association Board works alongside the Children's Activities Association Fellowship Members and Children's Activities Association operations team to set the pace, direction and deliver the goals of the Children's Activities Association.
